The Change Gathering is a grassroots invitation to connect, reflect, and act together.

What we do

It is a small, in-person gathering of 5 to 15 people who come together for fellowship, honest dialogue and learnings to inspire action in response to what is happening right now in the U.S. Each gathering is hosted by a volunteer Gathering Guide, who leads a three-month cycle of monthly meetings and then invites someone else in the group to take the lead for the next round.

The goal is not to solve everything. It is to  support and learn with others, while practicing the habits of community-based problem solving, joyful resistance, and collective action.

Change Gatherings are built on these core beliefs:

  • We do not have all the answers, but we do have each other.

  • Everyone can contribute. There are no experts or spectators.

  • Real change begins when we come together in person to talk, feel, and act.

Whether you meet around a kitchen table, in a park, at a coffee shop, or during a block party, your gathering becomes a space where possibility is restored and community power begins to grow.

Change does not happen alone. It happens at the gathering.

“We’re not here to vent. We’re here to move to a better future.”
