Hosting a Change Gathering is simple and meaningful. Use this checklist to guide your planning. You do not need to do everything perfectly. The most important step is starting.

The best gathering is the one that feels natural and welcoming. You do not need to create something new. Just build on a space or moment where connection already exists.

You do not need a perfect list. Start with 5 to 8 people.  No more than 15. This is how it begins. Not with a mass movement. But with a handful of people at the table, asking what comes next.

Joy helps people stay connected, grounded, and energized. The goal is not forced cheerfulness but creating an atmosphere where people feel welcomed, seen, and cared for.
